How It Works

  • For your assistance, we will form a direct communication channel with you on a messenger platform to communicate all the information. This will help you to be in direct communication with us at every step.
  • Quotes and requirements can be sent by both parties in the group. Our team will lock the price for 30-45 minutes once both parties reach a mutual agreement for the price for the trade.
  • After the price is locked, our team will coordinate with you for the quantity or volume of the trade. Once both are decided, a ‘limit order’ will be placed with the finalized price and quantity on our platform.
  • For specialized OTC swaps, please bring the required capital (in INR or Crypto) and get in touch with us. We will discuss the terms and execute the swap for the amount and price decided.

Terms and Eligibility

  • The minimum order size is 40,000 USDT or ₹ 30,00,000 (whichever is lesser)
  • Eligibility for OTC trading is subject to AML/KYC and other requirements.
  • If the decided price is within 0.2% of the bid and ask price, the order will be executed using the orderbook. If the price is outside this boundary, the order will be executed using a specialized OTC Swap. Maximum volume which can be executed using the orderbook is 100,000 USDT (for USDT/INR only)
  • We will use specialized OTC Swap for all BTC/INR and ETH/INR deals and for volume above 100,000 USDT in USDT/INR.

How to Deposit and Withdraw?

Fiat Deposit

  • Deposit less than ₹ 50,00,000 instantly using Instant Netbanking (IMPS/RTGS/NEFT)
  • To deposit more than ₹ 50,00,000, use Standard Netbanking (IMPS/RTGS/NEFT) option and share the deposit details (UTR no) or the screenshot of the transaction with our team.

Fiat withdraw

  • Use your registered email id at CoinDCX CoinDCX allows INR withdrawal of maximum ₹ 40,00,000 at a time. For transactions above ₹ 40,00,000, withdraw your amount using multiple transactions and your funds will be deposited in your bank account Instantly.
  • Note - Kindly keep the withdrawal at ₹ 9,50,000. This will help us to identify your withdrawal coming from an OTC client and we will try to process them on a priority basis.

Crypto deposit

  • Deposit Cryptos using your public wallet address, destination tag, and memo (if required). Important - CoinDCX doesn’t accept cryptos using Smart Contracts.

Crypto Withdraw

  • In case of your withdrawal is delayed, please inform our team on the group (WhatsApp or Telegram) and our team will assist you in processing the withdrawal at the earliest.
